THE GRAB

Applied Physics is at the leading edge of gravitation and electromagnetic research and development. Using a prototype, “Proof of concept” was achieved in 2015 with a weight loss of 1% and reconfirmed Dec. 2nd , 2016 with a prototype weight loss of 5.4%. Further validating theory with experimentation.

PROBLEM/OPPORTUNITY

Conventional propulsion technology such as, jet engines and rocket engines limit the maneuverability, performance and tactical capability of conventional fighter aircrafts and space exploration vehicles. Growing threats from rogue nations require unprecedented advancement in unconventional propulsion system that would provide air and space superiority for decades to come.

SOLUTION/PRODUCT

Gravitational Engines will allow military air and space vehicles out perform conventional aircraft technology by leaps and bounds. Providing an unmatched platform for air and space superiority unprecedented in human history.

POTENTIAL RETURN/REVENUE MODEL

Our market segment is the US DOD or military fighter space due to the nature of the technology. In the next 5 – 7 years’ military fighter jet sales, in units, should exceed 2183 [1] units with an estimated dollar value approaching 261 Billion USD. It is also estimated that the F-15E fleet of 449 [2] aircrafts will undergo upgrading, which represents a potential revenue of $5 million per unit for Applied Physics. Our market focus will commence with fighter aircraft testing and evaluation in 2019 through 2020. Once testing is concluded, market share penetration for 2020 should rise to an estimated 7 - 10 units per year with an estimated value of $75 - $100 Million per year.

COMPETITION

Presently, there are no competitors able to develop gravitational engines, however, there are some aerospace companies starting to develop research departments with a focus on gravitational application. Patents are a crucial component to protect and safe guard this technology and 5% of the investment will be set aside for patent. Gravitational research has been developed over the last 10 years and key formulas remain secret, protecting process, testing and configuration.

EXECUTION PLAN/GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

Our marketing strategy will be aimed at providing demonstrations directly to the DOD for their fighter aircraft acquisitions and evaluation program. High fidelity testing, application and evaluation protocols will be conducted on actual aircrafts such as the F-15E. So far, proof of concept milestone was achieved in 2015 and further corroborated with the recent achievement of 5.4% weight loss on Dec. 2nd, 2016. We estimate that 100% weight loss can be achieved by the last quarter of 2019 with high fidelity testing on application aircraft by last quarter of 2020.

FINANCIALS

Presently, we are looking for approximately $500,000 - $2.0 million USD to achieve 100% weight loss and the start of a commercial product for high fidelity testing and evaluation through the DOD. This investment will allow the operation of Applied Physics for 2 years. Product sales of 3 Gravity Engines for DOD testing should provide an estimated $15 million in revenue for 2019 – 2020. Additional funding for manufacturing facilities, staffing and capital investment will be required for the third year and beyond.

THE TEAM/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Guillermo L. Sabio, President and CEO of Applied Physics, Inc., Director of International Sales for Audina Hearing Instruments, Director of Sales for Electone. Developer of New Gravitational tensor and General electromagnetic tensors, the inventor of the working gravity prototype. Will hire: Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Physicists, Software integration Engineers, Business Development Manager with DOD, CFO and Jet Engine Mechanics for manufacturing.
